Phase 1 of the Côté Ouest development consisted of 142 one-to-three-bedroom condos in an eight-story building, completed in 2008.
Located in Le Triangle neighborhood of the Côte-des-Neiges–Notre-Dame-de-Grâce borough, the development expanded with the construction of a second phase a year later, bringing the total to 254 Accès Condos accredited units.
As a flagship project for this area of Montréal, the Côté Ouest played a pivotal role in revitalizing the western part of the city.
